用攀枝花钛铁矿制备球形二氧化钛

摘要:

研究了以攀枝花钛铁矿为原料,采用盐酸浸出—硫酸分解—EDTA络合除铁水解法制备高纯球形二氧化钛,考察了高钛渣固相酸解和浸出条件。结果表明:在硫酸浓度80%~85%、酸矿质量比(2.0~2.5)∶1、液固体积质量比1∶1、温度70℃条件下,钛浸出率达97.8%;对钛浸出液进行水解,加入EDTA溶液抑制Fe3+的水解,得到纯度为99.984%的均一球形TiO2。此方法避免了传统方法中繁琐的净化过程,大大降低了废酸产生量,对于降低能耗及改善环境有明显益处。

Abstract:

Preparation of spherical TiO2 using Panzhihua ilmenite by the process of hydrochloric acid leaching-sulfuric acid decomposition-separation of Fe3+using EDTA-hydrolysis was studied.The conditions of sulfuric acid decomposition and leaching were examined.The results show that under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 80%—85%,the mass ratio between acid and titanic residue of(2.0—2.5)/1,the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 1/1,temperature of 70 ℃,the leaching rate of Ti is 97.8%.High-purity spherical TiO2with 99.984% TiO2is prepared by hydrolysis adding EDTA to suppress Fe3+hydrolysis precipitation.The method has no purification process and only producing a little of waste acid,has obvious benefits for reducing energy consumption and improving environment.
