为了更深入地认识从铝酸钠溶液中析出水合氧化铝过程的机理,从热力学角度对该过程的行为进行了探讨。对氧化铝-水系的热力学分析结果表明,在25~150℃范围内,标准状态下,三水铝石转变为一水软铝石的趋势更大,这个区域的稳定相应为一水软铝石;对铝酸钠溶液晶种分解体系热力学分析结果表明,90~150℃范围内,以一水软铝石和一水硬铝石为晶种进行晶种分解可分别析出纯一水软铝石和一水硬铝石。
Abstract:In order to further investigate precipitation mechanism of alumina hydrate from sodium aluminate solutions,thermodynamic properties of the process was analyzed.The analyzed results for Al2O_3-H2O system show that transformation trend of gibbsite to boehmite is stronger than that of gibbsite to diaspore at standard conditions in the range of 25 ℃ to 150 ℃,the stable phase of this area is boehmite.The calculated results of seeded precipitation from sodium aluminate solutions indicate that pure boehmite and diaspore can be obtained by seeded precipitation using boehmite and diaspore as seed respectively in the range of 90℃ to 150℃.
