对含镍的难处理金精矿,采用细菌预氧化技术,不仅可有效地提高金的回收率,而且也可使镍得到综合回收。在选定的工艺条件下,细菌对载金矿物黄铁矿、毒砂的分解率分别达到71.0%和92.4%;对硫化镍的分解率达到88.8%。在金的浸出率从未氧化前的41.4%提高到预氧化后的95.0%的同时,镍的总回收率大于50%,实现了伴生元素的综合回收。
Abstract:The technology of Bacterial oxidation is used to pretreat refractory nickelgold ore, the recovery of gold is increased and nickel is recovered as byproduct. At the choosed conditions, oxidation rate of pyrite and arsenopyrite is 71.0% and 92.4% and decompound rate of nickel sulphide can reach to 88.8%. The leaching ratio of gold raise from 41.4% to 95.0%, total recovery of nickel is over 50%.
