某钼、钨氧化矿经高压浸出后,浸出渣洗水中Mo、WO3质量浓度分别为5.74g/L、1.76g/L,研究了用离子交换法从该洗水中回收钼、钨。试验结果表明:洗水pH为45时,D314树脂可同时吸附钼、钨;控制流速为2BV/h,处理量为25BV时,钼、钨吸附率分别为99.62%和99.46%;用2.5BV的2mol/L氨水溶液解吸,解吸液酸沉钼、钨,得到钼质量分数为50.88%、钨质量分数为9.88%的氧化钼钨产品。
Abstract:High pressure leaching process was adopted to recovery molybdenum and tungsten from a kind of powellite ore.The concentration of Mo and WO3 was 5.74g/L and 1.76g/L,respectively,in the washing water of the leaching slag.In this article,the recovery of molybdenum and tungsten from the washing water by ion exchange was discussed.The experiments results show that Mo and WO3 can be absorbed at the same time on D314 resin when the pH of washing water is range of 4-5.When the flow velocity is 2BV/h and the volume of treated solution is 25 BV,the recovery rate of Mo and WO3 are 99.62% and 99.46%,respectively.The molybdenum and tungsten absorbed on the resin can be desorbed well by 2.5BV ammonia(2mol/L).Molybdenum and tungsten oxide product can precipitate from the eluent by acid precipitation process.The content of Mo and WO3 in the product are 50.88%and 9.88%,respectively.
