针对现行环烷酸萃取提钇工艺存在的问题,研究了料液的净化除杂,对萃取工艺参数进行了优化设计。在萃取槽中连续皂化有机相,并将洗涤液与反萃取液共用,结果表明,消除了铁、铝等杂质对萃取的影响,并避免了铁、铝等杂质在洗涤段的循环积累,降低了低钇重稀土中钇的质量分数,提高了Y2O3的直收率,降低了酸、碱消耗。
Abstract:In view of some problems in extracting and separating yttrium with naphthenic acid, (removing) of impurity in feed solution are investigated, and optimized design of process parameter, continuous saponification of organic phase in extractor and sharing of washing and stripping liquid are (implemented). As a result, the affection of impurities, such as Fe3+ and Al3+ on extraction of yttrium and circulation and accumulation of the impurities in the process are avoided, direct yield of yttrium oxide is increased, while wastage of acid and alkali are reduced.
