研究了对高苛性比铝酸钠溶液进行脱硅,考察了脱硅温度、溶液钙硅物质的量比、脱硅时间及不同脱硅剂对脱硅效果的影响。结果表明:自制的新型Ca-Fe脱硅剂脱硅效果最好,最佳条件下,脱硅后的铝酸钠溶液中SiO2质量浓度可降至0.1g/L,硅量指数可达20。利用XRD对新型Ca-Fe脱硅剂及其脱硅产物进行分析,探讨了新型Ca-Fe脱硅剂的脱硅机制。
Abstract:The desilication from sodium aluminate solution with a high mole ratio was studied.The effecting of reaction temperature,calcium-silicate mole ratio and reaction time on desilication were examined.The results show that self-made novel Ca-Fe desilication reagent has the best desilication effectiveness.The content of SiO2 can reduce to 0.10g/L and the desilication index can reach 20 by adding novel Ca-Fe desilication reagent under the optimum conditions.The novel Ca-Fe desilication reagent and its desilication products were analyzed by XRD,and the desilication mechanism of novel Ca-Fe desilication reagent was also discussed.
