从高浓度铝酸钠-氢氧化钠废液中脱除铝的试验研究

摘要:

研究了用拜耳工艺从高浓度铝酸钠-氢氧化钠废液中以生成Al(OH)3晶体形式脱除部分铝。试验结果表明:拜耳法种分工艺可以满足除铝要求,处理后的废液可返回利用;在适宜的降温制度下,以反应生成的Al(OH)3晶体作晶种,随循环次数增加,反应时间逐渐延长,表明所用晶种活性逐渐下降。以细粒Al(OH)3晶体作晶种可以更有效地从溶液中脱铝。

Abstract:

By Bayer process,removal of a part of aluminum from the waste liquid with high concentration of sodium aluminate-sodium hydroxide as the form of Al(OH) 3 crystal was studied.The results show that the Bayer process can meet the requirements of removing aluminum,the waste treated can be recycled.Under suitable temperature,using Al(OH) 3 crystals formed in reactions as seed,the reaction time is gradually extended.It is show that the seed crystal activity is gradually decreased.Using fine Al(OH) 3 crystal as seed crystal is more efficient to dealumination from the solution.
