用高温焙烧—盐酸浸出法从粉煤灰中浸出镓Leaching of Gallium From Fly Ash by High Temperature Roasting—Hydrochloric Acid Leaching Method

摘要(Abstract):
研究了采用高温焙烧—盐酸浸出工艺从粉煤灰中浸出镓,考察了助剂(Na_2CO_3,K_2CO_3)与粉煤灰混合比例、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对粉煤灰高温焙烧的影响及浸出温度、盐酸浓度、固液质量体积比对镓浸出的影响。结果表明:Na_2CO_3与K_2CO_3(质量比3/1)的混合助剂与粉煤灰按质量比0.5/1混合,在950℃下焙烧2 h后,再用3 mol/L盐酸溶液在60℃、固液质量体积比1/10条件下浸出2 h,镓浸出率达93.43%,浸出效果较好。
