氢氧化钠法分离回收镍钴渣中锌钴试验研究Separation and Recovery of Zinc and Cobalt From Nickel-cobalt Slag Using Sodium Hydroxide

摘要(Abstract):
研究了用氢氧化钠从湿法炼锌镍钴渣中回收锌、钴。基于单因素试验,揭示了锌、钴浸出行为,考察了反应时间、温度、氢氧化钠质量浓度和液固质量比对锌、钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:用氢氧化钠浸出,在温度70℃、液固质量比10/1条件下,用质量浓度398 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液浸出镍钴渣0.5 h,锌、钴浸出率分别为93.5%和5.11%;浸出渣中锌、钴质量分数分别为4.80%和32.70%,锌、钴得到有效分离。
