NiFe_2O_4的改性及光催化降解甲基橙试验研究Modification and Photocatalytic Degradation for Methyl Orange of NiFe_2O_4

摘要(Abstract):
研究了以氯化铁、硝酸镍为原料,曲拉通为修饰剂,采用水浴磁力搅拌法改性NiFe_2O_4制备M-NiFe_2O_4,并借助红外光谱、XRD、热重分析等手段对NiFe_2O_4和M-NiFe_2O_4进行结构表征,以及考察制备条件(表面活性剂种类、n(曲拉通)/n(硝酸镍)、温度),溶液pH及初始甲基橙质量浓度对M-NiFe_2O_4光降解甲基橙催化性能的影响,探讨M-NiFe_2O_4的循环稳定性和降解机制。结果表明:在n(曲拉通)/n(硝酸镍)=1/2、温度80℃条件下所制备的M-NiFe_2O_4对甲基橙有较好的降解催化性能,对于pH=3、质量浓度25 mg/L的甲基橙溶液,甲基橙降解率可达95.0%;3次循环后降解率为70.30%,循环性能良好。
