δ-HPMA颗粒的合成及其吸附刚果红试验研究Synthesis of δ-HPMA Particles and Its Adsorption of Congo Red

摘要(Abstract):
以工业氢氧化铝为原料,研究了采用重溶-重结晶法在超声波和热盐酸溶液协同作用下合成δ-HPMA纳米颗粒吸附剂,并用于吸附废水中的刚果红。结果表明:所制备δ-HPMA纳米颗粒纯度高达99.958%,杂质总脱除率为98.031%,比表面积102.35 m~2/g,孔隙体积0.12 cm~3/g,孔径6.5 nm;在温度25℃、吸附剂用量100 mg、刚果红质量浓度10 mg/L、pH=4最佳条件下吸附240 min,刚果红平衡吸附量为15.56 mg/g,去除率为77.80%;吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型。
