用铁锰泥从废水中吸附去除Sb(Ⅲ)试验研究Adsorption Removal of Sb(Ⅲ) From Wastewater Using Iron-manganese Mud

摘要(Abstract):
研究了采用热处理后的铁锰泥从废水中吸附去除Sb(Ⅲ)。结果表明:废水pH对铁锰泥吸附去除Sb(Ⅲ)影响较大,酸性条件有利于吸附去除;在铁锰泥投加量0.3 g/L、废水pH=3.0、25℃条件下,Sb(Ⅲ)去除率可达91%;准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型能很好地描述吸附过程;吸附反应吸热,可自发进行。SEM和BET分析结果表明:铁锰泥有丰富的孔隙结构,比表面积为198.362 7 m2/g。结合FT-IR分析、动力学和热力学推测,吸附过程以化学吸附为主导。
