用新型协萃体系从红土镍矿浸出液中萃取镍试验研究Extraction of Nickel from Laterite Nickel Ore Leaching Solution by A New Synergistic Extraction System

摘要(Abstract):
以TRPO为改性剂,研究了采用Mextral~?6104H/异壬酸协萃体系从红土镍矿浸出液中萃取镍。结果表明:TRPO浓度0.5 mol/L、萃取平衡pH=5.0条件下,镍萃取率可达95%以上;反萃取平衡pH=1.0条件下,反萃取率达98%以上,且对萃取速率和反萃取速率影响较小,均能在较短时间内完成;Mextral~? 6104H/异壬酸/TRPO协同反萃取镍的反应呈正协同效应,理论级数为两级萃取、两级反萃取。改性剂TRPO对羟肟/羧酸协萃体系可改善常温条件下镍的反萃取动力学,从而简化萃取分离流程,减少碳排放,降低运行成本。
